Where in there does it say anything about "freedom
from religion"? It doesn't, it says that you have the right to
worship how you please, and the government can't stop you from doing it.
If someone wants to worship, then that doesn't mean that they can't do it
if it offends you. No where in the Declaration of Independence, the
Constitution, the Bill of Rights, or any of the other amendments added
sine the founding of the country does it guarantee you the right to not be
offended. In fact, it offends me whenever these assholes decide to sue
someone because their feelings got hurt.
The ACLU (All Crazy Lunatics Unite) will bully
anyone who they feel is offending people, the recently forced a small
county school district in Georgia to change the name of the Christmas
school break to "Winter Break" because they felt that non Christian
people would be offended by having to take Christmas off from school.
Never mind the fact that Pres. Ulysses S. Grant made Christmas a secular
holiday to be celebrated by everyone, meaning that even non Christian
people get the day off work. Maybe we should change this back, and force
anyone who isn't a Christian to work on Christmas for straight time.
The ACLU has a membership of about 330,000, the
population of the USA is about 288,771,423 (population clock from the US
Census). This is a very small percentage of the population, yet they're
able to bully and threaten people into doing what they want. They're
threatening to sue over a WWI memorial in Kalifornia, and they want the
government to release terrorists back out into the population to do more
damage to the citizens of this country. They where founded by anti-war
protestors in the 1920's in order to fight the lockup of people that where
undermining the war effort back then. They wanted the release of Anarchists
who would do anything to make it so people where not safe. They do the
same thing today, they want to make sure that you are not safe in your own
home, office, or out in public. Then as soon as the people that they get
released from prison commit a crime, or an act of terrorism, they'll sue
the government for not keeping us safe.
I could go on and on about cases that they've
brought to trial, and won with the help of their liberal judges, witch
brings me to thinking about judges that just don't care about the people
they're supposed to be protecting. Take the Judge (Klinton appointed no
less) that let the smugglers go. Let me explaine the case for you, the
police watch a lady with out of state plates pull over to the side of the
road in a tough area of New York, and area that is known for drugs, gangs,
and all sorts of bad shit. She doesn't get out of her car, she just pops
the trunk. Two men walk over to the car and place two large duffle bags in
the trunk. When the police approach, the men run off. The judge let them
go because she said that it's a natural thing for people in that neighborhood
to be scared of cops, just because they ran doesn't mean they had been
doing anything wrong. She also threw out the charges on the lady that had
the 2 duffle bags of drugs placed in her trunk, why you ask? Because what
happened shouldn't have been suspicious to anyone, and there is no way the
police had probable cause to search the car.
Another thing that is seriously wrong with this
country is the fact that people feel a need to sue someone for anything
that goes wrong in their lives. Take the lady that is suing the Golden
Gate bridge, because her 15 year old daughter jumped off it. She claims
that her daughter would be alive if it wasn't for the bridge being there.
She claims it's the bridge's fault that her daughter committed suicide.
WRONG, it's your fault bitch, get over it. Maybe someone should just throw
her off of it, she's just another dumbass that's breathing my
air!

Newdow, you remember the loser that was able to convince the 9th Circus Court
to rule that the pledge of allegiance was unconstitutional. All I can
really say about him is he is a liar and he's breathing my air and I wish
he's stop, it's pissing me off. Maybe I'll sue him for being a dumbass. Or
maybe if his father is still around I'll sue him for not pulling out.
The ACLU opposes pre-welfare drug testing,
there argument for this is if you require people to pass a drug test
before they can get welfare then you're automatically assuming that they
take drugs. Maybe if they could pass a drug test they could get a
fucking job and not need to be a sponge in the first damn place! Why
doesn't the ACLU sue the federal government for requiring that all federal
employees, and all contractors to the fed be drug tested? The government
is apparently just assuming that everyone who applies for these positions
are on drugs.
The ACLU is pissed as hell about the detention of POWs,
they would much rather they kill someone (maybe another 3,000 will do for
them) than to have their "civil rights" violated. How can there
rights be violated when they're being housed, and fed much better than
they would be if they where still in Afghanistan shooting American GIs, or
piloting airplanes into our buildings, or maybe making damn good and sure
that people around them have none of the rights that the ACLU is fighting
so hard to make sure they have.
